"My only knock is that the Sauna should be mopped more frequently. Other than that, the gym is always clean. Staff is friendly and willing to address any concerns. The personal trainers are outgoing and knowledgeable. They are working on an expansion as of this post, so it will be even bigger in the near future."
"Staff is friendly. The gym and bathrooms are always clean. If a piece of equipment breaks they get it fixed quickly as possible. I can't wait to see the new expansion of the gym that is in progress when it's finished"
"Absolutely terrible. They trick you into signing up. I cancelled my account 2 months ago in November and I usually got charged $35/mo and now in December, after I canceled, I got charged $105. UNBELIEVABLE. And of course you can’t call an individual location. Why is that? Stop having robots run everything. That’s not how you run a business! Screw this place. GIVE ME A REFUND"
"I absolutely hate this place. A bunch of kids with absolutely no gym etiquette. I don’t know who these parents are or who taught these kids gym etiquette but none of them have it. They’ll come and take weights right off of the machine you’re working on without even asking you if you need them or not. They don’t re-rack the weights. They don’t wipe the machines down. They grunt and yell and drop the weights.. An absolutely horrible environment for someone that seriously lifting. The only reason I came here from the competition is because the competition only had smith machines and no regular bench presses or squat racks. Other than that, I loved the judgment free zone. I went to the other place for two years and never saw anything like what I see here. Parents and coaches, please please please teach your kids some freaking gym etiquette!"
"I can’t wait until planet fitness gets built in Arnold. Update 10/7 this place seems to rarely fill their soap and toilet paper dispensers. The dumbbells aren’t in the right places and the chest fly machine jumps a seat level mid rep, like that last part made me realize how much this place lacks."
