"I was in there recently with an issue on my back up camera and they probably made an appointment and ordered the mirror which was presumed to be the problem. I took about a week to get the part in and they called to make an appointment within the same day the car was repaired and we picked it up. Unfortunately, it seem to be another additional issue and we made another appointment to have the car looked at. By the end of the day they had discovered that the back up camera itself was malfunctioning and probably replaced it at no cost to us both the mirror and the back up camera we’re very expensive items and our total costs were a $100 deductible. The service department could not have been more cooperative and kind in helping us resolve this issue and also making it a very affordable fix my thanks to everyone there for putting up with our frustrations and annoying questions. This is our second car we have purchased their and in all cases experience has been well worth the trip to that dealership Thanking you again for all your help Frank and Michelle"

"Steve Dublin went above & beyond to find me the best price for a new FOB for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Instead of waiting 2-3 weeks and paying $300 he got me a replacement within a few hours for $134!! Thanks Steve for saving me $166 and getting it fixed sameday!!"

"Well as a returning customer, I will not be going back. I bought a dodge from them almost two years ago. Since I needed a bigger car, I figured I'd give them a call. After letting the salesman know what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and my trade in, he said he will see what he can do. I gave him all my information and let him go to work. I then get a call stating the deal is done bring in my trade and supporting documents and I am good to go. I bring everything in and test drive the car which I loved. Then I get the run around saying the deal isn't done and they are still trying to get me financed. Waited 2 hours for nothing. If this is how they treat returning customers, I'd hate to be a new customer. If they were straight up with me it would be different but to tell me a deal is done only to waste my time in the end is ridiculous. I will definitely be filling a complaint with the BBB.stay away from this dealership."

"I've been looking for a suv for a while and after a couple of horrible experiences at other dealerships, I went to Antioch Chrysler and checked out an Infinity QX70. The salesman Gabe Bradin was more than happy to show me the car and answered any questions I had. After looking at the numbers and negotiating, we settled on a fair deal and I bought the vehicle. I financed the vehicle through my credit union and when I went to go pay for the vehicle and pick it up, I was in and out of there in 30 minutes with a beautiful vehicle."

"If I could give more stars, I would!!! John Mac and Jasmine helped me get into my dream car!! Not only are they very customer focused but they moved mountains to get me into my Jeep Wrangler!!!! Easiest vehicle purchase I have made to date!! This is a solid dealership with amazing sales people. John Mac and Jasmine, thank you for everything you did to make this happen!!!
