"This butcher shop is the real deal! High quality meats at very reasonable prices. They have a huge selection of sausages and bratwurst. Great marbling on his steaks and even his pork cuts. I've never seen pork look so fresh and good. I'm not even a pork guy and I was blown away at how good it looked. The owner really knows his stuff and stands behind his products. He greeted my wife and I as soon as we entered his shop. We just stopped in to grab some bratwurst as we were heading back into the city. He was happy to show us his sausage freezer stocked with over a dozen types of sausages and ground meat. He boasted about the quality and heritage of the different meats he offered. I was shocked that he even carried bone marrow! Don't be fooled by the surroundings of where the shop is located. This is a top tier, high quality butcher. The inside of the shop was clean, elegant and sophisticated. I take my meat selection very seriously and this butcher checked all my boxes and a few I didn't know I had. They are a decent drive from where I live but next time I'm looking to cook some meats to impress my guests, this is the butcher I will be stopping at. Added note: I'm really looking forward to the steakhouse restaurant that they'll be opening soon."
"Stopped in when they first opened and was very happy with the quality of meat. I've been going ever since because the quality and cuts they offer are far better than anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have so many different cuts of meat that are hard to find anywhere else. This is my go to place for any kind of meat now."
