"Horrible, horrible, EVERY TIME HORRIBLE!!!! Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and have no problem showing they don’t care about their customers or job from what I can see. So amazed place continues to stay open. Used to come here for all my auto oil changes and tires. Now feels like a trip to the DMV. Stood at counter while employees talked to one another with zero Acknowledgment for way too long. Then when I finally spoke up because they had a break in their conversation and I told them that I had a screw in my tire, they say unfortunately we’re not taking any walking today. Nothing on website, and nothing posted outside or at the counter. They just suck and really need to come in there and show them what a true customer service tire and oil change Center should be like.. But then again, Walmart probably pays them subpar wages, and you get what you pay for."

"My son got a flat tire and I needed to find 2 tires. I called a half a dozen times. Phone just rang and rang multiple times in automotive department and I tried the store operator multiple times. No answer at 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. Nice job Walmart, won't even answer their phone. To be fair I didn't have high hopes to begin with."

"Today was absolutely horrible there was just one register opened ... they had 7 people in line to checkout ... because she was the only one open she had no choice but to tell people to go to self check out.... yes I did complain to front management who did in fact left customer service to do the personal touch... she told me normally she has at most 3 registers open but 9 people called in sick... I really hope they were legitimately sick on a beautiful day.... I hate self checking if you can pay someone to watch you do it yourself you can have that person at the register...."

"I can't believe I have hit up a second Wally World in under 2 weeks. We were looking at getting some auto parts and were also looking for some 20 gauge shells. Unfortunately they didn't have either which seems to be the norm for what we're looking for. They looked stocked up on everything else, but the outdoor section and auto parts is a disappointment."
