"There are good employees and bad employees. In my last two visit, the person who measured my test results was very unwelcoming, was clearly showing he is not into help, and I even did not want to ask any question about my test results. As a result, I could bot clarify the solutions, Leslies was not able to sell any item. Both a loose loose situation. Only winner was that employee who was supposed to be selling chemicals. If you are very unhappy with your job, what are you doing here?"

"This store has always been helpful and friendly. Paul and Kurt always help me find the right parts, supplies that I need and even search for the items at another location if this store is out. They assist me to the car with heavy items. Today Paul was very helpful with my research into a new pool cleaner. He made sure I know how to install properly and why. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Apparently, the store is out of stock on everything despite having stocked shelves. We were told, quite rudely, to go to another store down the road. There was zero effort to help and the person was incredibly unwelcoming. Our family will no longer patronize this store and if you'd like to be treated like a person, i recommend you go elsewhere as well."

"1) inventory: 10/10. Absolutely everything you need. No shortage of pool products or water testing services. 2) customer service: 10/10. Employees are helpful, friendly, and professional. Specifically, a young man named “Gavin” particularly exuded all of these qualities and more. As a former manager in retail, I can speak from experience that she exhibits elite customer-service skills. Made me feel warm and welcomed and valued. Definitely the character that is promotable and that you want representing your business. Overall, 1000% satisfied customer. Absolutely no complaints. 10/10 everything. 5 stars. Come to this store. You’ll have everything you need and won’t regret it."

"I brought in a pool robot cleaner at this place and the robot was just not performing. it was floating at the surface of the pool. It was still under warranty and came in twice to get it serviced. The store manager told me that he got parts from the company and installed them himself. the robot still didn't work. he told me to call the company myself and I was told by the company that no one from Leslie pools ever called in to order parts. I even called Leslie pools to see whether there was a miss with adding this info under my account and spoke to an employee (not the manager) who told me that he didn't see that the robot was serviced either. super weird and shady. Now I wonder whether the manager did anything he told me. Aside from spending 4 hours on the phone with customer service about this robot, I also waisted a ton of time driving this robot back and forth for nothing. Terrible experience"
