"Bought some landscaping to get delivered. Had a 10 percent coupon that they messed up on applying so only got 5 percent off. Everything was delivered on time except for 1 item. Spent 32 minutes on hold trying to get it taken care of. Finally they did. Got a message saying it was delivered on Saturday, I was out of town for the weekend and when I got home the item was not delivered. Been on hold for 10 minutes now trying to get this resolved. I would go to home depot but they suck too."

"Lowe's in Hutto was wonderful. Friendly staff. Well informed staff. I would give it 5 stars. The Lowe's online however is the worst. If they deliver wrong or broken merchandise, you are expected to take it back or pay to mail it to a store for exchange or refund. Their mistake in what they ship to you is your headache to make it right."
"I really like Lowe's, but what I don't like is being bombarded with solicitation as soon as I walk in the store. If I want to inquire about something your selling I will ask. I don't appreciate someone pushing a product or deal on me as I enter the store and being asked for my phone number so they can call and talk to me more about it. I just want to walk around the store to find what I want in peace."
"Nice clean store, well organized. The down side was trying to get assistance from an employee who did not seem interested in helping. He and a coworker seemed more interested in laughing at and making fun of another customer who was out of earshot. Prices here are steep enough that it doesn't overcome the huge difference between here and their orange competitor, even with a 5% discount for paying with their card. Maybe it was just this one time, so I will probably try again before I write this store off completely."
