"DO NOT GO HERE - please read! This “manager” needs reported! I’m went to the Arnold Marcus Theater with my friends and my daughter. I go to use the restroom about 3/4 through the movie, and I hear from the accessible stall a gentleman saying, “Hello, is anyone out there? Help me.” No one responds. He continued, “Hello, my name is ____, and I’m cold. Please help.” I talked to him for a bit, then stepped out to speak with a manager. The manager, Tammy, explained his wife went to get him clothes. I asked the manager for a towel or cover for him. Then wondered if someone could stay and remind him his wife was coming because every few minutes, he would ask if someone could help and forget why he was there. The manager “Tammy” said it was not her problem, and she was not going to be reminding him of anything; that wasn’t her job. I asked where her decency was and what if that was her father or grandfather, and she threw her hands up and walked away. So I stayed and reminded him until his wife could arrive back. I cry writing this thinking about if that was my grandfather and how broken our world is that this manager acted as if it was a burden to her. If anyone can find a contact for Marcus Corporate, please send it my way. Feel free to share. No one should give their money to Marcus if this is the type of “management” they provide for their elderly customers."

"Super nice theater and very clean! Love the lounge chairs. It was very easy to get tickets and staff was awesome and friendly. Concessions has several options and if you order ahead they bring it to your seat! Love, Love this theater!"
"My husband and I enjoyed our visit at the movie theater in Arnold. Their associates were all very nice and helpful. It was our 1st visit to any movie theater since we moved to Missouri 4 years ago. The theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable. The prices are reasonable. I like that they have senior day on Fridays. Thank you"
"Every time I come here I always have an excellent time. And it's not just the movie that makes the experience pleasing. I find it's the customer service that is very appealing as well. Whether it be purchasing a ticket at the front, or getting snacks or food, the customer service is extremely good."
