"Definitely the worst Marcus in existence. I've been to about 10 of their theaters, and this one is always the worst. I've seen the manager be rude to customers and employees, if theirs any discounts or deals being advertised, such as Discount Tuesday, or student Thursday, they will say "we don't do that" they never have any food ready such as pretzels, seat warmers don't work, surprisingly terrible theater considering they still do renovations. I still go on occasion because it's conveniently at the mall."

"Best theater I've been to ! Recliners are so comfortable, you feel like at home. It is always immaculate, even the bathrooms are always clean. The only negative thing is that the sound is too loud for us."

"One of the nicer theaters. The chairs are nice and big that recline with attached swivel tables. The ticket prices are a few dollars higher than the other Marcus theater, but this one is also nicer. There is also a bar next to the concession."

"Not bad place for being in the mall. Hope they build new building with all updates like other locations. Service at concession was quick and helpful. Bathroom was pretty clean and screen #11 8/21 7:15 has very sticky floors but guess it happens."
