"Childhood Memories!! My Elementary!"
"when I was doing my student hours I witness very poor academic. The teacher was frustrated at the kids I could tell by her tone of voice she was speaking to the students she was also all over the place. All her students were doing different types of work but non of them were in the same subject one was doing a test another one homework and the other ones reading. At the end of me finishing my hours I asked her if she had some sort of organization because they were all doing different things but she said no I just do it to make it easier for me so then she started asking me why i wanted to be a teacher etc at the end she gave me some advice and she said to really consider going into teaching because they kids are hell she then continue telling me she hated her job which I could totally tell she didn't from the very start. It was one of the worst school visits I did because her students looked like they did not enjoy her class nor wanted to learn very very unorganized. So sad because this is some of the reason why are students fall behind not because they don't want to learn but maybe it could be that we have poor teachers."
