"BUYER BEWARE THESE UPS STORES ARE FRANCHISES! THEY DO NOT STAND WITH UPS CORPORATE. My son spent $75 To ship my phone from this store back home to me. It has been a week and no delivery. Lost. Requested a refund and they refused with absolutely indifference to me as a customer. Spoke with the manager and she was as unhelpful as the employee. THIS STORE HAS HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN. Fortunately, there are many other options."

"If I can put less stars I would. Do not take your packages here they WILL be lost or stolen! The service is terrible. The guy that's there during the day acts arrogant and has no customer service skills. I took a package and he said he could hand it to USPS but could not give me a receipt- still has not been scanned by usps after 3 days which means it's lost-"

"I had a terrible experience with UPS recently. Their customer service was abysmal, to say the least. When I tried to get information about the delivery status of my package, I was met with unhelpful and rude representatives who seemed disinterested in assisting me. It was like pulling teeth to get any useful information. Furthermore, UPS failed to provide any proactive updates on the whereabouts of my package. I was left in the dark, wondering where my important shipment was and when it would arrive. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable in this day and age. I expected much better from a company as prominent as UPS. Their poor customer service and failure to provide customers with adequate information have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would caution anyone considering using UPS to think twice and explore alternative shipping options."

"For those of us who are not often inspired to write reviews, there comes a time when a business is so atrociously far from great, good, mediocre or anything that resembles customer service that we have to say something. Their idea of solving an issue THEY prompted is selling me a $9 box, and/or take it up with the vendor. To the franchise owner of the UPS on Zaragoza, consider hiring less disrespectful teenagers to run the front desk. To the disrespectful teenager at the front desk, consider mentorship with someone in the establishment with better problem solving and customer service skills. To future clientele, let’s say no to the big UPS franchise and yes to the smaller chains. I’ve never been disappointed with Postal Works. Perhaps give them or just about anyone else a try. If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn’t believe any of the good reviews. I’d say relatives or friends trying to bump up the star review. Everything that was said by those that gave bad reviews seems pretty much in line with all my previous experiences."
