"Nothing but a hassle since the beginning with this office. I don’t know if they’re a franchise or what but terrible customer service I’ve ever been given . Don’t get your taxes done here unless you want to be dealing with a receptionist (Karen) that blames you( the client ) for the poor communication on their end . To start off , they agreed to help file my taxes for the last three years that I had never got around too . Turns out they quoted me pretty cheap compared to other tax offices , but wanted me to pay out of pocket . I was shocked at first since from past experiences they take it out of your income taxes you’ll be receiving. Yet they insisted it had to be out of pocket so I agreed . (just wanted to get it over with ) Then they came back to me with their system being down . Whatever, should be running back up soon ? took about 2 weeks . Sent them all my info and they never once sent me back a document asking for my bank info or any other personal info that needed to be verified from me . So I took it upon myself to send my bank account info thru email and Karen had confirmed this works. Oh well hopefully that’s the last of my troubles right ? Well turns out it wasn’t . I got sent the forms to be docusigned and revised by me when I realized there were other fees from another financial company up to $40 and a fee up $330 + from premier tax and a software fee for about $30. On top of that the bank info is under met bank (not mine) which is also a checking account that belongs to Premier . So I sent back an email stating again my bank info and letting them know that needs to be fixed also had questions about the fees wondering why it’s so much since I had already paid out of pocket and we had agreed on a price .I was never told anything about any extra fees . Next day, I never got a reply back concerning the matter, they just sent me back the same exact documents expecting me to take it without any explanation? Called premier tax this morning spoke to Karen about it and she informed me that pronto always gets the money wired to their bank account first and THEN they send my money to my account . Sure thing Karen but why was I never informed of this ? First paying out of pocket and now they get a hold of my money first ? No communication whatsoever, first time they informed me of this . Makes me question their integrity not only that it’s looks so shady of them to add on more fees that go directly to them . I was upset and Karen mentioned that “it’s my fault since they had been waiting on me to sign the documents and that I dropped a lot of taxes for them to do for me in just one day.” Thanks for that Karen that really helps out my situation . Can’t believe how unprofessional and rude this little girl was . On top of that I asked to speak with a manager but no one was in or available to take my call . She then try’s to explain herself stating “could you just hear me out” which no thank you very much I had enough of her . She then continues to refuse to give me a number so that I can reach out to a superior. Asks me if I want to leave a message ??? Like if nothing we spoke about should be mentioned to whoever she reports too. So I asked her how long it would take for someone to contact me concerning the matter and apparently it could take all day . So incompetent. Don’t let them waste your time . Still waiting for this matter to get taken care of ."
