"After having problems with this pharmacy communicating with my doc, I was switching to google pharmacy. Google texted me to let me know their attempts to get my prescriptions went without response from this Walgreens. I called and asked to speak with a pharmacist and waited 25 minutes (excruciating music and apologies from a computer). The phone system invited me to do a survey after the call — but if they never answer the phone, then I can’t leave feedback. Coincidence? Good grief."
"Made an appointment for flu shot. Arrived and they had nothing ready. After 20 min. Asked me to fill out paperwork, I did. After 45 min I asked how much longer and pharmacist said he was busy and it would be a while. I asked them to cancel it. They said it was ready. I told them no, to cancel I was not going to wait longer."
"I made an appointment to get a covid test and upon arrival they didn't have anything ready nor did anyone even have the knowledge to help me. I waited for 30 minutes to even be tested. I took a rapid test so my results were supposed to be ready within 30 minutes. It's been over 3 hours now and I still haven't received my test results. It definitely needs to be somewhere training as it seems like nobody really know what was going on."
"This store is getting worse. In line for 32 minutes and they didn’t even have all my order and couldn’t figure out how to either. Pulling teeth getting what you need and what the heck why even keep my information if you won’t even look at my history. Not even going to start with unfriendly tech at the window. Getting ridiculous!! Time to move my prescriptions elsewhere! Update:: now today sat in line and get up to the window and they put the board up. Starting to get tired of this, seriously will be moving my business elsewhere!! Ridiculous!!"
