"This UPS location deserves zero stars! Neil is the worst manager/owner ever! He is rude, dismissive, disrespectful and does not remotely know how to deliver customer service and he is proud of it. He lost my $500+ Amazon return and said oh well, it’s not my problem. Call Amazon. He also told me to do what everyone else does and write a bad review about it. Say less…I will never use this location again and will never recommend it. This is definitely not the UPS standard. Worst experience ever! Neil will talk to you like trash and then when you defend yourself, he threatens to call the police and tells you to get out of his store! Gladly! He clearly doesn’t care or understand that his customers are the only reason he has a business."
"The customer service at such a busy time was above and beyond. My package was labeled a bad address and returned for pickup. There was no notice/message. When I got in touch with customer service via phone they simply read off a script. I was advised my brother needed to come pick it up. Unfortunately my brothers vision is too diminished for him to see well enough to drive. I returned to the store where I shipped it and they were amazing. The manager LISTENED to me and called the place where the package was being held. He asked them to reschedule the package for delivery and this time it made it. This meant the world to me, he's all the family I have. He suffers PTSD, anxiety, and physically well it's hard. Thank you to the manager and his team at store #2397."
"EXCELLENT Customer Service and Superb Staff! Our package recipient had an emergency and could not personally retrieve a package that was shipped to them. I contacted the UPS Store where the owner personally tracked the location of the missed delivery, contacted the holding facility, and coordinated an alternate method for package retrieval. Thanks so much for your concern and care and for going the extra mile!"
"Manager/owner/whoever seemed to be in charge was rude and unhelpful. Made me pay $8 for a roll of tape and did not assist in taping up my boxes. I've had much better service at the UPS Store on Memorial Drive (5535 Memorial Dr Unit F, Houston, TX 77007). I recommend taking your business there. Apparently this location is a franchise and does not care much about its reputation as reflected by other reviews."
