"The morning of my appointment, the appointment was moved to the floor above which i later found out was due to the toilets flooding in the middle of the night, now whether that is why Dr. Goss seemed to rush me in and out of my appointment in about 10 minutes is beyond me. The front desk staff were very sweet as well as the nurses, however Dr. Goss seemed to lack empathy and compassion regarding the pain and situation in which i was currently experiencing relating to bacterial vaginosis. Her answer within the 2 minute consultation was to take probiotics. Which ones you may ask? Well she didn’t have an answer for that, no brand to recommend, no specific strains to choose from. “Just take like women’s probiotics.” She had no medical diagnosis despite me experiencing BV previously in December and taking a medication which had actually made it better despite the horrendous side effects. As a young patient who has only previously been to a gyno one other time in my life, her bed side manners were very appalling and the lack of sympathy and basic understanding is honestly very disappointing despite what I have heard about her from other patients. Now this is not my experience ASMG as whole but possibly just a single doctor who some how can not listen to her patients and understand their prior history in order to make a more informed diagnosis."

PS her clinic is next door to the hospital and they have in-house everything including MFM. It was a one stop shop and I loved having my appts where I was going to be giving birth. Made the day of more comfortable and familiar."
