"This is not the first time it has snowed in Lubbock. Y’all need to have some sort of procedure in place for when it snows to let your members know when you will not be opening due to the weather. The gym is one of the only places people can go to stay warm and dry to workout so course they are going to come up there and only to find out you are closed. This is understandable due to the weather conditions but to not let your members know is unacceptable. Providing your members with a heads up that your gym is closed will prevent unnecessary accidents and law suits."

". I’ve been going to Tru Fit (34th.) for a while now. I particularly enjoy going at night as there are not many people at that time. I would like to give Justin some praise, he is very friendly and greets me by my name. He is always available should I need some help. He is always cleaning and putting things back in their proper place. If I may offer a few suggestions for the management, keep the equipment in working order (quite a few machine always have an “Out of Order” sign posted on them). The signs have been there for a lengthy period. Also the bathrooms need attention desperately. With all that being said I do recommend Tru Fit (34th.) to my friends and family, I tell them to ask for Justin if they happen to go at night."
"My experience with Justin was great today.! I had some issues from prior management and training some years ago that were corrected today and even got a great first workout in that was specialized for me. He definitely showed that he cared and took the time to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered and that I walk out with the best experience. The experience has me looking forward to this this next chapter."
