"I ordered pictures through my son's school, when they finally arrived 2 months later it was not what I ordered. I sent an email to the company and was told they would be reprinted and sent out, never showed. So I emailed again, no response. So I called and was told they would be reprinted and sent out the following week that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Finally spoke with Leslie over the phone got an explanation as to what had transpired with the photos I completely understand things happen that cannot be controlled sometimes. I just wish there would have been more effort to communicate with me concerning the issues that took place that is the reason for the three star review Leslie is a very nice lady and does amazing photos I'm sure I will be ordering photos from her again in the future."
"This company took my sons pictures and they wanted money upfront before even viewing the pictures. Understandable. What frustrates me is that I haven’t gotten my pictures and it’s about to be a month. This is ridiculous. I call and no answer. I spoke to someone about my sons pictures and they said I would receive them within 3-4 business days. Well it’s been 7. I don’t recommend this company. It’s expensive for one. Second they don’t care after you pay. Ridiculous. Learn how to run a business."
