"My daughter had an appointment she made two weeks prior with a specific person. When she went to the appointment, the person wasn't there, so she was placed with someone else. Then, without warning, she was told to leave because it was 1pm and they closed at 3pm. My daughter called me in tears because of how she was treated. She didn't do anything wrong, but they were so rude to her. It took a lot for her to go in by herself... she's a teenager with severe social anxiety. I called but they said there are no managers there until next week! We won't be back, nor will I suggest this place to anyone else. How do you run a school without instructors or managers? At least call if you're going to cancel an appointment. Sounds like non-professionionals teaching others how to be non- professional!"

"Go there because you support vocational and technical education for these great professionals! Everyone is nice, professional, and there are those who are learning, some who are better at different disciplines than others, but there are ALWAYS instructors and proctors there to guide your student in the next steps to provide an excellent service. Keep in mind that they do not accept walk-ins and appointments after 1:30pm (tentatively). I will be back! Thanks!"
