"We had a wonderful experience at The Fun Station Dubuque today. The improvements the new owners have made are wonderful. Check in was quick, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. Staff members, Gracie, Belle and Brent were kind and prompt. My husband and I joined in on the fun with our kids and tried out everything, even the slides! It was great to feel like a kid again! Thanks for the wonderful time!"
"I came here with my friends during a busy winter break weekend and was greeted at the cafe by Jordan. She was very kind and helpful while we were placing our order. The new attractions are up and we had the BEST time exploring them. The staff does a great job at keeping everything clean and when our food came out, I was stunned at how amazing it looked. It tasted even better!! I most certainly recommend the Fun Station for anyone on the lookout for fun indoor activities and exercise."

"New owners have turned this place around. It's cleaner, staff has been pleasant, and the food was good. We ordered fries, fried pickles, and the pretzel. The food came out quick and was hot."
"This place has gone downhill recently. The last few times there has been some equipment out of order. Today it was excessive. 2 of the 3 basketball tramps were out of order and the pillow jump has been out of order for at least a year. There were only 4 total dodge balls for both dodge ball pits. One of the 4 balls was destroyed. It is dirty, horribly understaffed, and a safety concern. Not one time did I see employee oversight. When in this condition (4 activity spaces down) the fees should be reduced and customers notified prior to purchase. Dubuque needs some competition to hold this place accountable. Where do the admissions fees go? Clearly not to maintenance and cleaning."
