"New management is horrible. I've been coming here for decades. They have always been courteous and helpful, but the new guy was dismissive and rude. When I questioned him, he turned the pool analysis report over slammed his hand on it and said, "Its right there, you should have read it." Problem was when I got previous report the printer didn't work so I never saw the written instructions. I've going to Southlake store from now on."

"I’m not one to write bad reviews - I wish this store would hire at least one more person because let’s face it - in the digital age we live in it’s a sense of urgency to buy products locally. That’s why we customers over pay at the local leslies stores. I have been putting off servicing my pool because for three days in a row there is a sign in the door “Gone be back soon.” At least put a time on there, please. Us customers would just like the store to be open during business hours."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I've brought a sample water from my pool for a Chem test. Not only they swiftly did the test, they've recommended a solution to my algae problem which only involved running the pump more often and brushing more frequently. they didn't try to sell me more chemicals because I didn't really need to. they were very honest and sincere in their recommendation."
