"Sales person said hello right when I walked in the door and asked me what I was looking for. I already had 2 different boots in mind that I had already researched. She gave me her opinion on the 2. She then had me to the arch test thing and the walking test and recxomended inserts which I declined and she didn't try to over sell which I like. Got me what I needed and was super professional and nice during the entire encounter"

"I had a friend buy me a pair if work boots and turned out they didn't fit correctly so I brought them back to the irving,tx store and they were the best visit for shoes I have ever experienced!!! She figured out just by looking at my feet that I had very high arches and fixed me right up with the proper arch supports and my feet already feel much much better!!!
