The explained everything to me in great length (which I greatly appreciated). Was told if I had any other questions not to hesitate to stop in again or call. When ever I have a problem with my pump or just cloudy water Regina and Kevin can figure out exactly what to do to clear thing up. I’m so glad that Pool and Spa Xpress is in White Settlement. "Been going here for over one year. Seems to be ran by a married couple. Was hesitant to go here because of all the bad reviews, now I understand why. Both are rude at times. Not just once or twice, but multiple times. I'm tired of it. Good luck running a customer service oriented business with a bad attitude towards your customers. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Owner will likely reply to my review with "bla bla bla". Just go somewhere else."

"We noticed a charge on our credit card from this location that we didn’t make. The odd thing is that we are a Brewery in Milwaukee, WI. We called the store to see if anyone could help us see what the charge might be for prior to reporting it as fraud to our bank. The banks records show it was manually entered at the store level. We were immediately met with someone yelling at us on the phone, calling us scammers, using expletives, etc. That person hung up and called back to continue what they had started in a very similar fashion. I would be cautious using this place for anything. The person on the phone was vulgar and seemed to act in a manner of deflecting the subject of the call."

"My response to the owner: My wife and I did come in a day or two later, after the original order, and requested the Polaris be added to our order. You did tell us we could pick it all up at the same time and my wife did talk to you on the phone before you decided to send the parts back. You can contact Google all you want, my original statement below is 100% true, you lied and you were rude to my wife. Original comment: What started out as a good experience turned very sour. My wife and I went to this store to order new pumps and filtration system that had been damaged in the deep freeze of early 2021. We were told at the time of placing these orders that we could pickup and pay for them at the same time after they all arrived. This story changed when we were told that some of the equipment that had arrived ahead of the rest was returned. When my wife called to ask why and what we can do she was told that there never was an agreement to pickup the new equipment all at the same time. The person on the phone was rude, told my wife good luck finding the equipment and hung up on her. We are very disappointed because we thought we had found a nice, helpful pool company...but we were wrong...I highly recommend avoiding this place"
