"Before the perfect body studio I was very unhappy with myself. Gaining so much weight and unable to lose it without starving myself. I was at my heaviest 226lbs. I was ready to give up and settle for being overweight and unhappy. Until the doctor told me my health was going down the drain and was put on medication. I did the diabetic diet for 6 months n lost 20lbs and plateaued. Was unable to lose any more weight for almost 2 months. I got frustrated and disappointed. Saw an ad on IG, "looking to lose weight." Clicked on it and set an appointment. One thing that stuck and made me decide to join was, 'we are making life changes, not just to workout. For you to continue doing better for you, a lifestyle.' For the past 13 years, I have never been able to be under 200lbs. 2 weeks in the program 197lbs!!! And scale is continuing to go down!! Extremely happy, trainer keep you going and stay consistent!!!! "This place is just so amazing! I have been plus size all my life and never knew what to eat or what workouts to do but this gym made it so easy for me to start getting results. The personal trainers are so welcoming and help me work at my pace while pushing me, the staff is so sweet, the nutritional information I have gotten has forever changed my life, and the environment is so encouraging with everyone I workout in my class.
