"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I scheduled an appointment with Dr Patel for March 1st. I received no further communication from her office after that. Today I went there for my first prenatal visit and they told me that my appointment had been canceled on Feb 23. They never informed me about the cancellation. Now I have to wait another week to find another appointment!"

"I have had such a terrible experience with this office. Everything from the incompetence displayed by the front desk to the doctor continuously running late for appointments. It appears that no one working the front desk can answer questions correctly or schedule appointments effectively. This office is always behind schedule and you are not notified of the long wait times in advance. In addition, Dr. Patel's knowledge, bedside manner, and overall treatment is severely lacking. I felt she was unable to answer any medical questions pertaining to my condition. It's unfortunate that you are never able to speak with this doctor directly by phone, all questions have to be submitted through the patient portal and a response could take days. More often than not, Dr. Patel will not respond to your direct messages, usually a member of her administrative team responds to you and usually with incorrect information, prompting an even longer response time. This doctor has been more than an hour late to literally every single appointment I've had with her no matter the time or the day. It was like pulling teeth to request an ultrasound. She fails to refill prescriptions or submit referrals in a timely fashion. She is always booked out months in advance for some reason and if your appointment is scheduled incorrectly, good luck getting a new one right away."

"I had read good reviews of Dr Patel and chose her as my gynecologist.The first few months were fine. But towards the end of my pregnancy it’s not same as beginning. No punctuality on appointments timings, had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor.I wish appointments are quicker.Treatment wise it’s okay. No update on treatment plan for future visits, I wish the communication and instructions were a bit more clear on following appointments. As a first time mom I rely on the communication so that I can prepare myself mentally for the next visit."
