"I booked my appointment. Arrived on time. The door to the facility was locked, I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes , I knocked on the door and even called the front desk. No answer and was asked to leave a voicemail due to the line being busy, although the parking lot wasn’t full. Don’t allow patients to schedule if you’re not going to answer. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Was a complete waste of my time."

"‼️UPDATE‼️ I recently received a invoice for $75, even though, the day of my appointment I was not able to be seen nor received proper assistance from Mr. Woodus at the front desk. I called the billing department and they informed me that I was being charged for a " No call no show" when I in fact, arrived to my appointment on time! I disputed that bill quickly! The office can't even return my calls but still try to charge me. This is ridiculous. I have left voicemails prior to this advising the office to remove my information since I will never be returning. They are completely unprofessional and I do not feel comfortable ever moving forward with them. At this point, this must be some type of scamming to patients. I wish I could give a 0 with how bad the Serivce is at the front desk. BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS about Dr Woodus husband! His attitude is extremely unprofessional and he talks in a very condescending way to the patients. I took everything in me to not go off on that man. I didn't know until the very last minute that I needed a referral to be seen. When I tried to figure out my next steps with the office, nothing was done and he made it seem like it was my fault and knew more about my insurance provider than me. He was literally talking in circles and just repeating what I had already told him. He needs to be removed from the damn office entirely! I am never going back and now I have to find another doctor. He is going to be the downfall of that office."

"Reading the previous reviews. I felt compelled to share my positive experience(s) that I’ve always had with Dr. Woodus. She has been my OBGYN for a few years and delivered my daughter a year ago. She provided exceptional care and expertise throughout my pregnancy and during my delivery. I felt absolutely blessed to have chosen the perfect doctor. I had Postpartum preeclampsia days after giving birth and was seen right away. From her reassuring presence to the precise medical attention, Dr. Woodus has always demonstrated true professionalism and made every visit informative and wonderful. I highly recommend her for her outstanding commitment to patient well-being and her amazing bedside manner. Dr. Woodus is a gem. She is deserving of a 5 ⭐️ review."

"Please stay away from this doctors office, it's been a nightmare. The front office staff is horrid, the man that runs the front desk his name may be Mr Woodus is a nightmare, he absolutely cares nothing about the baby and health of the mom, he's more interested in collecting money and gives false information to make you pay more money. He's a complete liar, which is a dangerous person, someone that lies straight to your face. This clinic is not even worth a half star. The husband is a crook, he charged my daughter even with her having 2 insurances, lied and stated she owed 300.00, when we called the billing company we found out they never billed the claim and she owed nothing, he even stated the bill was sent to collections and all of it was a lie to get her to make the payment. We got the insurance companies involved and the billing department, he refused to speak with them, cancelled our appointment and refused to allow her to see the doctor unless we paid the 300.00 rhat she didn't owe. She had already been cancelled the month prior for the same reason, now having not seen her doctor for 2 months and she 6 months pregnant without care. He also refused to transfer records or provide us with copies of her records so we could find a provider that would see her, he would not give records if we didn't pay him 192.00 dollars. He's a mad man, he's dangerous and his wife who is the provider is making a huge mistake by allowing him in her office. I have filed a complaint with the medical board, hopefully they will investigate these claims. Please do not put yourself in jeopardy by allowing these people to care for you and your baby, it's not a safe environment. Run fast!!"

"This is disappointing to write but it needs to be known. I started going to this practice in 2021 after a horrible experience with another Dr. Everything went great, Dr Woodus listened, explained thoroughly, and she had a 5 star staff. Then, at the end of 2022, beg of 2023 something shifted, the staff were all gone except her deranged husband who took over admin duties. When calling, I would either not get an answer, or a third party answering service located in another country would pick up but would never relay my messages to the dr. That was my sign to run, but everything had been great up until then, and I was afraid of going through the process of finding a new dr. I let Dr Woodus perform a routine surgery on me in May of 2023, and I've had nothing but complications since. I had every opportunity to run prior to the surgery but I didn't, so that is on me. This practice has unfortunately turned in to garbage and I'm 100% sure it's due to her husband. I know he over charged me for the procedure, however, he argued me down so they could collect the additional couple hundred dollars. It's a shame what this practice has become and I had to leave and find a new obgyn; again. With my new Dr, I learned that the procedure performed did not go as I was told and now I'm at risk of not being able to carry a child to full term. My biggest fear is now staring right back at me. Please, stay away. As much as I wanted to have a Dr of color that understood me, I'm leaving worse off than I did when I had my first appointment."
