"I so badly want to make an appointment at the FEM Centre with a doctor that I have seen in the past, but I have called 7-8 times, and each time, I've gotten put on hold and then hung up on. I've not actually been able to speak with anyone yet. I had amazing service with the doctor when I went there, but it seems like it's going to take me calling back consistently and just getting lucky in order to actually be able to talk to a human to schedule me with an appointment."

"I went here for years with Dan. He was the best. Fem centre charged me some $50 cancelation fee for an appointment that i canceled 2 years ago. Seems that they added up to $120 additional fees on top of the bogus fee then turned me into collections and refused to treat my cancer due to an outstanding balance that I didn't know about. I don't see that in the hippocratic oath. Wow. Just wow. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years. This is almost a reportable issue. Shame on all of you!"

"I’ve been going to the FEM centre for many years and each time the experience seemingly gets worst. The lady at the front desk is very passive and did not acknowledge me while I was standing in front of her for a couple minutes. Later, Gayla and her assistant entered the room without a knock and nobody explained what their role is and why they’re in the room. Gayla’s assistant starts messing with equipment so I ask her role in the procedure she said it was to pass Gayla equipment. That’s totally fine. Although, the assistant was staring at my private area making me extremely uncomfortable. There was no reason she needed to stare at my private area, it makes for a very uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for the patient. A few days after my appointment I messaged the nurse staff on the Patient Portal and Lisa responded very vaguely and didn’t even acknowledge my question. After I messaged again the next day Lisa finally called me to “explain” the test results. She sounded like she couldn’t be bothered with my questions and wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. I’m really disappointed with the whole experience at the FEM Centre. The one saving grace for that place is Carolyne(not sure exactly how she spells it), she is the office supervisor. I called to express my concerns and she was professional and very kind. She made me feel heard and understood and valued. They desperately need more Carolynes there!"
