"I’ve been coming here for years and drive from Dallas. I’ve always felt cared for by the medical professionals here. Sometimes when I call the people aren’t the friendliest but I don’t believe that deserves a knock on stars. And hopefully the manager is working on that. I don’t usually leave a lot of reviews. I recently had a bad experience at a gyno office and decided to look at their reviews. They were bad, so I decided to see what a good drs office reviews were like and searched Lighthouse & was shocked to see how low they were here. That’s why I’m leaving this review. I’ve had nothing but 5 star experiences from the nurses, Kathryn Tucker and Dr. Lecroy. I see many people leaving reviews not happy Dr Lecroy went concierge. I get it but don’t think they deserve a knock on stars. He is the perfect doctor for that because he used to take a lot of time understanding what was going on with you and often ran late and wished he could have longer apt times. I can’t afford that kind of service and am fairly healthy. It seems like the ethical way for him to go vs trying to find different sneaky ways to bill insurance companies. Yes I’m sad I can’t see him anymore, but Kathryn Tucker is also awesome and people need to be more understanding of the industry where Drs are rushed to get in so many patients and have issues with insurance companies."

"Been a patient at this office for years but I finally left about a year ago. Dr. Lecroy himself, is a personable enough guy, and my visits with him I never felt rushed, but that's really where the feel good ends. Scheduling was a nightmare trying to get in, if you left a message, forget it, and better try and call back. Anything outside of the norm is a hassle it seemed. I was wanting to do a sleep study and waiting for the front desk to call for pick up of the equipment, office never called, I kept calling after a week and finally came in but I decided, I'm done with this office. Getting them to send over a procedure like an MRI or something, again, crickets. Now I see they are doing some concierge group thing where you pay a club fee once a year to get to see Dr. Lecroy that day or next day. I don't need to pay 2500.00 a year to see my PCP, when I get the sniffles or sprain my ankle, that's why I have insurance and go to urgent care. Oh well, it would seem Lecroy is tired of insurance companies and medicare run around I'd guess, and I'm tired of the lousy service."

"New patient visit done today with Kathryn Tucker. I haven’t been to the dr in a long time and she spent well over an hour talking with me about ALL of my concerns which are many lol I didn’t feel like I was bothering her and she was patient to explain side effects of medication. I wasn’t dismissed when I brought up my concerns. Very Good experience."

"My family has been going to Lighthouse for quite some time. I stopped going to Lecroy and was seeing Valerie who was amazing until something happened and Lecroy let go of practically everyone in the office. My experiences with Dr. Lecroy haven't been the best. I once went in with blood tests from an allergy panel complaining of gastro issues and he looked at me like I had 3 heads and asked what I wanted him to do about it. I routinely felt like I was looked down upon whenever I had an appointment with him or that symptoms I had he either dismissed or seemed to approach with skepticism. Valerie was always amazing, caring, understanding, curious - had a great bedside manner and made you feel heard. My family has always had mixed experiences with Dr Lecroy as well as experiences that were ENTIRELY UNFORGIVEABLE as well. He is a research doctor but his bedside manner can sometimes be really bad and he can tend to be really dismissive or downright negligent. It doesn't make you feel good and he's made me and my family mad several times through interactions with different family members. Phlebotomist on staff was really rude to my grandmother when we brought her in to get blood drawn. Front desk staff is a mixed bag too. Sometimes there are really nice interactions, other times it seems like they are annoyed to even be speaking to you. Overall, not a great office. Would not recommend."
