"I went in years ago to zap some spider veins around my nostrils. The lady missed the biggest, most prominent one. It was literally the one I went in for. I complained and asked her to please get the biggest one, and she just ushered me out the door saying she's sure she got it. It's a little painful so there is no doubt she skipped right over it as I was sitting there waiting for her to hit that spot. Years later, that same vein bothers me every time I look in the mirror so now I'm going to have to go in again. I can't help but feel it was almost purposeful to get me back in. It has bothered me for years that they did that. I did call recently and let them know what happened just to see what they'd say, and there was no apology or acknowledgement whatsoever, so I'll go elsewhere for future treatments."
