"BEWARE!! Avoid Haley Cope. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My daughter’s first visit was $345 for haircut and highlights. Which is insane amount of money for what she got. She didn’t do “money pieces” in the front and said to come back in and she would fix it for no charge. My daughter went back in and she charged her $154 for the FRONT TWO pieces of hair to be corrected/brightened. My daughter tried to show her the texts where she said it was free of charge and encouraged her to come in, but she said she changed her mind. She took advantage of my 14 year old and pressured her into using my credit card while I wasn’t there. My daughter was texting me to please hurry and get back there. When I came in to talk to her and find mutual solution but she wouldn’t even talk to me and closed her door. She scammed my daughter and made her use my credit card without my permission. Terrible experience and very unprofessional. I wish I had read her reviews before and could have been warned!"

"Go to Kristi. Kristi in loft 5 is AMAZING. I went to her for years, cheated a few times when I moved to Kansas City, but ultimately made trips back to get my hair done by her, she’s that good! Such a relaxing experience, quiet if you want, but will talk too! She does great work and since I’ve moved to Chicago, I’ve gone back a few times for her because I can’t seem to find someone as good."
