"Ever since Schelby left the salon, it has been so hard for me to get an appointment here. I tried scheduling a new appointment TWO SEPARATE TIMES with a different stylist and I got denied. TWICE. I don't know what's going on with the scheduling, but if you're not going to be available at certain times of the day, then block the days/times you're going to be unavailable. It shouldn't be this hard to get a new appointment."
