"I usually have no issues when I come to my appointments.However, on my way out I was greeted at the front window by a lady who sits behind the receptionist. I told her I was waiting to schedule my next appointment, and she proceeded to laugh in my face before telling me to have a seat. I have no idea what was so funny, but her conduct was unprofessional and offensive.I struggle with social anxiety so sometimes I stumble over my words, but nobody deserves that type of treatment."

"Really love the way we were treated by the staff throughout the entire pregnancy. The receptionist, Julie, has always been extremely helpful, always made me feel welcomed, and has always been very accommodating to my needs. She is definitely one of the reasons why I prefer to come to the Mercedes office rather than the Weslaco one. The phlebotomist is awesome, never feel the needle when drawing blood. Will continue coming to the Mercedes office."

I started coming here my previous pregnancy and I recommend so many people to try Dr. Lopez and not just for Dr. Lopez but for the amazing, sweet staff! Super friendly, always making you laugh, takes into consideration every concern you have even if you think it’s dumb or to small to worry about! The phlebotomist is an Angel and knows exactly what she’s doing by how smooth and painless she is when doing her blood work! Dr. Lopez is so considerate and super sweet! "I decided to go here to get a pregnancy test, and the girl in the front was nice enough, but the girl in the back was SO rude and super unprofessional! I will NOT be choosing them as my OB, I also called that day to make sure they had masks because I had a cold, they told me yes, and when I got there they said they didnt have those, and proceeded to tell me I must have called the weslaco office... I know who I called, and it was the mercedes office. I do not suggest this place"
