"Doctor is good but staff is terrible… billing kept denying my visit is even though I was paying the maternity contract. The staff doesn’t have any compassion. They were very happy to see me change doctors because I had already pay them more than half of my contract and they couldn’t stand my questions and concerns. Very rude and unprofessional. Lady in front with curly hair would always yell me to the other side of the room to ask how much I would give to my contract and she would yell my balance. No compassion at all. I was very sad about changing doctors because Puig seemed like a good person but he is just like any other doctor. They just want to get paid with Medicaid. He is not even in network with lots of insurance, including BCBS. Billing failed to tell me they were not in contract after 6 months of going. I questioned myself why it took me 6 months to change doctors."

"Dr Puig delivered Our first Son, he is amazing and I would completely recommend him. He is patient and caring, and always made us feel comfortable to ask questions especially due to us being first time parents and feeling anxious and nervous. He is awesome and I will be going to him for my second pregnancy as well as we are expecting again."

"Honestly one of the best Doctor's I've ever been to. Their team helped me through my pregnancy and brought me so much peace of mind. They never treat you like just a patient, they treat you like family. I highly recommend them!!"

"Was not a fan. I made an appointment after a free clinic suggested them for my pregnancy. Staff was friendly to some degree. It most definitely is a high volume location and with that being said I felt like I was just in an assembly line. It felt impersonal. Some of the staff wasn’t as friendly as they acted like I was bothering them when asking questions. I had made an appointment for 8am and I wasn’t seen until almost 10am. I was a new patient but I didn’t take longer than 15min to fill out the paperwork. Paperwork was also done electronically through my email, which I didn’t care for, it took a while for it to arrive to my email. The lady at reception had to send it about 10x before she gave up and gave me the physical forms due to bad signal interference from the building. I was seen for a max of like 5-10min. The most useful thing I did receive during my visit was a preprinted paper with medications that are safe to take while pregnant. I wasn’t seen by the doctor which was also a little disappointing."

"While the dr is amazing the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Came in at 10:30am for my 11:00am appointment and have waited over 3 hours to be told the NP is out to lunch and wouldn’t be back until 2:30 and there was still 1 more person ahead of me to be seen. If you value your time don’t select this practice."
