"Dr. Otero is such a great doctor. He makes sure to reassure you on any information you may have & he’s also soft spoken and polite. HOWEVER, the front desk receptionist in the McAllen office are often VERY rude and disrespectful. I have been a patient here when I wasn’t pregnant & while I’m currently pregnant and every time i’ve gone they always seem to have an attitude & NEVER smile. EVER. If it wasn’t for them, I would 100% give Otero a 5 star rating."
"The customer service at the mcallen office is HORRIBLE. There is a secretary named Hayley, that keeps hanging up on customers and lying about not having appointments.. You try to collect information about how much the cost of the consultation will be, and she just hangs up on you...the rudeness and lack of professionalism from the office is outrageous."
"I heard great reviews from this office which is why I wanted to be seen by them but I never got to meet Dr. Otero or Dr. Garcia due to horrible communication from the front desk, when addressed I was told "we've been busy" but I am patient, we all deserve priority."
