"I'm disappointed with the overall experience with this OBGYN for my wife’s first pregnancy. After reading great reviews our expectations were high.There were multiple instances where the doctor was unavailable, including during delivery when he was unexpectedly off, failing to be present. Nurses at hospital said “oh yeah he isn’t working weekends.” This added to the overall frustration and sense of abandonment during a significant life event. Additionally, the lack of information about the possibility of Coombs positivity, which could have been prevented with a vaccine at 28 weeks left us feeling unprepared for the complications baby experienced. Clear communication and proactive measures could have significantly improved our experience. Lastly, the front desk staff displays inconsistent behavior, fluctuating between being friendly and very rude. This variability in attitude added an unpredictable element to our interactions, making it challenging to feel consistently welcomed and supported throughout the entire experience. Would not recommend."

"Terrible and uninformative front desk staff. I went first thing in the morning and they were very rude when I inquired about a walk in visit and they told me no. I called back later to check again and they told me I could be seen. I drive back for the second time and it wasn’t till I got there when they told me I must be an established patient to be seen as a walk in. They should have told me the first time I went in or when they had me on the phone so I don’t waste my time."

"I am very disappointed with this office. I've been suffering with a vaginal issue for a couple of weeks now. I had previously treated the first issue and the antibiotics led to another issue. He wanted me to get on antibiotics AGAIN and because he is a professional I trusted him and it made everything worse. The anti fungal didn't do anything so j went back for another course of different treatment. The second time we met, he said "nice to meet you." We had already met. He didn't have my chart on hand, he didn't have have a computer with any notes. Didn't remember my allergy, didn't remember anything! Didn't do any cultures. None. He prescribed me a pill not covered by insurance which isn't his fault, but it had a recall on it so I had to request a topical, which helped immensely. I was really hoping for something different since all his reviews are great, but I will never come back here. By the way, I had no issue with his staff. They were fine."

"Dr. Kanaan is an amazing doctor with an amazing way of connecting with his patients. Unfortunately, some of his staff does not seem to keep up. Only two of them are good while the rest fall behind. My partner had asked them a question but they seemed to be lost and didn’t understand the question. They simply gave a random statement that had nothing to do with the question. I wrote this review out of frustration because my partner needed some documents to be sent to her physician. We showed up to the appointment and apparently he never received them. Luckily she had a copy of them with her. Again, Dr. Kanaan is an amazing doctor. I can not express or stress that enough. Unfortunately, some of his staff is not up to his level yet. Edit: I have been reading other reviews and apparently this is not uncommon, the take away keywords are unorganized and rude."

"My husband and I felt so comfortable from the moment we met Dr. Kanaan for a consult when I found out I was pregnant. He answered all our questions as we’re first time parents. His clinic hours are great and worked for my hectic work schedule. Highly recommend him! C-section went smoothly and baby girl is strong and healthy thank God❤️"
