"It is really run down and the equipment is not the safest for kids to play on"
"I always liked Perkins Park because I went to Horse Mann and it was like the a collage campus to me. That hole area is down in a hollow also the is places where it's nice to sled in the winter time. Plus you have the Applegate's museum and the players workshop there. Tennis and basketball course and I think they still have a back stop over at the West Ave side where you can play baseball so all in all it has everything you would want in a park."
