"Last 3 movies I've seen there.... Screen wouldn't open, lights wouldn't turn off, speaker was blown, sound turned off and a movie completely turned off ... Manager each time wouldn't refund. Go to Phoenix theaters...they actually care"
"Growing up in Dubuque I remember going to a movie here when it first opened. Back then it was the place to be and I think it's still an ample place to go see a film. I prefer to utilize a local theater but AMC typically has more showtimes for movies that have been out longer (which was the case this time). I live out of state now so when I visited and saw a movie over the holidays with my Dad I noticed they added a bar to concessions. So, that's something. 5 stars from me!"
"I was visiting from out of town and decided to go see a movie, there were only 2 other people in the room to see the same movie I was seeing so it wasn't crowded at all. I was actually curious why it seemed like it doesn't usually get to crowded. I was surprised to see that they had MacGuffins drinks avaliable, we don't have anything like that were I'm from. The theater was huge and clean and there was plenty of space. The employees were polite and made sure to get my number to put my rewards in. Well done! I did not order and food or drinks for this visit."
