"They had me waiting for almost an hour and half as a walk in then didn’t have any other nail techs available to even do my set. They all just left. No talking or nothing. Used to be a good shop. Never again. It was not yesterday. That was my experience for the last time I gave y’all some money. This shop will have you waiting for hours just to take ppl with an appointment. Just say you appointment based and not walk in friendly."
