"It was a really bad experience, they made me wait 20 minutes to inflate my balloons, meanwhile the person only wanted to get paid, it was in very bad taste since I told him I was driving to Austin and I couldn't continue waiting for him to get paid while I was first of all. People who charged him, the most logical thing was for him to inflate the balloons since he had already charged me, what a disappointment from the store, really."
"Ms. Kathy the store manager and her associate are absolutely the best and the sweetest. She went out of her way to help me find my store credit from a few years ago that I never had the chance to use. Thanks to her I was able to purchase my daughter's Barbie party supplies. It's so hard to find good people who will go above and beyond for their customers and for that reason I will continue to shop at this location."

She was on her way out and noticed I was looking for something and not only took me to the location but helped me dig in their restock to find what I needed - and she did it with the kindest attitude! I was so grateful and will be definitely coming back the next time I need party supplies."
"I ordered 12 latex balloons with helium in school colors that I bought at Party City and later brought in 12 more balloons that I bought with a college logo. And they added them to my order no problem. I paid for them to be blown up. Picked them up a few weeks later at 2pm in the afternoon for an evening party and they lasted all through the night and are still going strong 48 hours later!! If you want great service, and quality balloons, this is the place. They put them in a large plastic bag so it’s easier to get in the car."
