"Food is great, Servers were average not mean or peppy. The only reason my rating is 2 stars for this particular canes location is because the oder inside was horrid I went here with my mom for the first time I have ordered my food online before and it was super good and I was apply to go in person, soon as I stepped in the door it smelled horrid like they needed ventilation or something, but it's not just that the place was super untidy, the counters were dirty and the server your own drinks station was gross ketchup came out from the pumps and some weird substance was on the ice maker machine. I could tell that the employees did not care about how customers were feeling. But yeah I'm super sorry my mom had to stand inside and wait for me to get my food the smell left a horrid taste in my mouth I don't think I'll be craving canes for a while now. I will not be going to this location again anytime soon unless they change their ways.in summary, Great food, Bad dining, Gross environment, and average employees,"
"Went here twice and was disappointed both times. Went in to order 5 combo meals & when I got home, I counted only 4 meals. The second time was today. I ordered 25 fingers, 10 toasts & 5 fries from the drive through lane. I was told to pull up front to wait since it was a large order. Waited for almost 13 minutes and no one came out. Decided to go inside & found my order on the counter."

"$9-$10 for 25 fries and 3 small tenders doesn’t make sense. Used to be $7-$8 in 2021. Prices keep climbing and the portions are decreases. Always tastes good, but they skimping."
