Tech Nail 2 Lake Zurich

"awful experience. my nail tech did my nails completely incorrect and the design was absolutely horrible. i asked politely to redo my nails and got screamed at and made fun of the rest of the time. then lucy one of the nail techs, HITS ME. i left my house at 12:30 and didn’t get home until 3:30 because she also didn’t let me leave until i tipped her and i wasn’t going to leave her a penny after this awful experience. such a waste of money you will NEVER see me going back. i get my nails done every 3 weeks and never had an experience like this one."

"Nails were too short, sloppy design, and when I asked for them to redo them since they didn’t give me the length I asked them for, Lucy refused. She repainted them instead, and when I went to pay, she belittled me and even hit me on my arm calling me a baby for not liking the nails. When I didn’t tip her for the awful service I received, she wouldn’t let me leave until I tipped her. Terrible nails and service, DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Absolutely worst experience of my life!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME!!! Lucy was the girl that worked on me and the whole experience was bad starting at her asking me why I didn’t remove my old nail polish before I got there!! And lost story short she made me remove my own polish bc it was just too hard for her to do!!!! Then I asked for my nails to be shaped square but she did oval! And when I asked her to please fix it she told me oval was better and I said but please do square SHE THEN TOOK MY HAND AND STARTING HITTING MY THIGH WITH MY OWN HAND and said “ see that why oval better square gets caught on clothes and hurts “ I was so upset that I had to walk away my husband stayed to pay and give her a tip. The only reason she got a tip was bc my husband stayed to pay. I’M STILL SO UPSET OVER THIS PLEASE DON’T GO HERE I DON’T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID!"

"first time going there and they were very nice and kind! i even got offered chocolates at least twice. they did a great job and it was only 30 for my no chip manicure. totally going back!"
