"I apologize for the unpleasant experience you had at the salon. First of all this’s the second time I’ve reviewed it because seems like the owner deleted my review and don’t want to let other people know that how’s their service this’s ridiculous, Their both employees sick and one of them offered us and approached me that you can contact us we will come to your place and provide you the service this’s really unprofessional and she told us that she will give us discounts,I’ve never experienced like this, also want to share with other customers that,It makes sense that witnessing employees sneeze and cough, particularly at this time of year, would be unsettling. It's critical that companies, especially salons, put their clients' and workers' health and safety first.You might want to think about speaking with the salon management directly about your concerns, if you feel comfortable doing so. Giving them feedback might assist them in taking the appropriate safety measures to stop the infection from spreading since they might not be aware of the circumstances.
