"Friendly place, meets the needs of children, but the girl that did my hair said she has been doing hair for 18 years. The results when I got home... told me she either lied and was brand new or was use to doing one type of hair cut for 18 years. What I wanted: neck hair shaved off in a V pattern so I can wear my hair in a pony tail for work. I also wanted my hair itself cut short in the front and long in the back. No layers. What I got: neck hair shaved way too high and the pattern was strait across with some extra clumps in random spots. My hair itself was cut the same length all around. Yes, I said "no layers" but that doesn't mean the front of my hair is the same length as the back. Also, I was given no mirror to check the back of my head. Yeah I should have asked but I figured I could trust the stylist. (Shame on me) Top it off, it wasn't dried 100%. She said she didn't want it to frizz. I am NO hair stylist. (Not even a high maintenance). But even I know to use heat protection in the hair before drying it so it doesn't frizz. I was quite frankly afraid to dry my hair because the last stylist I went to that didn't dry my hair after a wash and cut chopped up my hair. (I was 12. That was over 16 years ago). I eventually did dry it and my hair is choppy. I don't want a refund. Neither do I want my hair redone. (Why get it redone at the place that screwed it up? For them to screw it up again? No thanks.) I want to let the place know that the cut-cornered work that was done on my hair was paid for by me, and I also tipped your stylist. I hope you guys kick it up a notch and check the work. Because so far, the only thing you're good at is a little boy's haircut. To which you did a very good job with. But mine... I got the pick of the litter it seems."

The salon is clean, organized, and trendy. Shundell did a great job. I explained what had happened to my hair. She fixed it and it looks great for the first time in a while!
