"Rude and unprofessional several times I've attempted to stop in. They advertise walk in welcome on the storefront, but are obviously bothered and rude when you stop in unannounced. A man there did a very sloppy job on my polish which smudged and slid off my nail the very day it was applied. Lost a customer here"

"I just love this place. My last mood changing nail polish lasted 7 weeks on my toes with out a single chip. 5 of those weeks were in sandals and I stub my toes all the time. The mood changing is a gel polish and as long as you file your nails down, it doesn't chip off."

"I got a full set gel on 5/30. It was my first time coming to this salon. By 6/1 they were already lifting. The woman who did them was so incredibly kind I really liked her. Today on 6/12 I went in and very kindly asked if they'd take them off for free since I have had one fall off, my hair is stuck under another. All 9 are now lifting badly and the gel has yellowed. They rudely told me I had to pay for the soak off, she "can't have her girls work for 45 minutes for free". I was also told that they lifted because of how I use my nails, and they're too long for me. This isn't my first rodeo. Just absorbing the $12 charge for a soak off would have made me happy, I wouldn't have written a negative review, and I would have returned. With so many salons in the area, customer service goes a long way. First picture is from 6/1, the last four are from today."
