"I ordered on the app and picked up in drive thru just a few minutes before I pulled up to the restaurant. When I got to the drive thru order box the person who answered was polite and courteous. I informed him I had an app order and preceded to the pick up window and the lady at the window was polite as well. The food was ready for me and the order was accurate and hot"
"Pulled up at about 1:15am to pick up a door dash order, first I was told that they were closed and then when I got to the window they said they had no more potatoes and refused to make any more… THANKS!! You costed me 11.50, I feel that y’all should have to pay me for my time and gas wasted… I wouldn’t eat here, they’re beyond lazy!!"
"Absolutely ridiculous. I pulled up to order only for them to say we are only taking DoorDash orders. I was so confused that I asked whether I could place an order, and they told me through door dash. I don’t completely understand how a person can go to a drive through and not be able to order."
"Taco Bell on W. Florissant in STL, MO. I ordered a nacho bell grande & as you can see per the photo attached, there was a paper clip in my food as well. I returned it & not one apology was given. The managers even took their phones out & laughed at me. Angela was the manager & there was another manager but they refused to give her name. No one apologized & they all thought the situation was funny. Needless to say, this location is extremely unprofessional and needs a complete overhaul of new employees, starting from the MANAGERS on down."
