"I don’t know if I should start or end with Julio- he was really just that awesome! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I let Julio know what I needed, we checked out, and he blew the balloons up I needed. The conversation going on while finishing everything up was nostalgic- you would have thought we knew each other for years. He made me feel great about choosing party city for my needs! "I would give this place five stars but the customer service isn’t all that great. There was a manager bringing out merchandise with another clerk and I heard him tell the clerk if someone came and started taking items from the boxes there are cameras to catch them and have them arrested. I didn’t think that was something that needed to be said out loud. Very unprofessional. Also, when I went to an associate to ring up my items, I asked if they had any Hershey peanut butter cups sized cupcake cups in stock the girl had no idea of what I was talking about. She just said I don’t know and didn’t even bother to ask anyone about them. I explained further to her that they look like the type for Hershey’s paper cups that way I can make some at home. But she just drew a blank face and said to use cupcake cups instead. Which I thought was odd because I’m not making cupcakes. She rushed me at checkout and didn’t bother to help me further once she was done ringing me up. But the place seems clean and fairly organized but they need more cashiers so the lines aren’t too long and customers are not standing waiting in line for so long."
