"Was my first time at a Caribbean restaurant and I had a great experience. The oxtail we amazing but the service was even better. Can't wait to visit on a Saturday night when they has live reggae music!"
"Ordered ox tail meal for dine in and a couple of beef patties to go. When the meal arrived I was told that only one patty was.available and I agreed to have it go. The oxtails were not fall of the bone like l used to enjoying at other establishments so I took most to go and when time came for me to leave I was told there were no beef patties. Had I known from the get go I would have done to a different establishment. The indicator should have told me when the place was empty. Lesson learned"
"Called placed my order during the day and was told food would be ready within 20 minutes. Arrived at 20 minutes and was told that my order would take an additional 7 minutes.. patiently waited 7-10 minutes before going back into the restaurant. Took my payment and proceeded to tell me my food will take maybe an additional 7 minutes. She didn’t sound so sure that my order would be done within that time. I do not recommend if you’re on a time schedule as this place will not be completely honest with how long order will take…. Definitely my last time doing business here…"
"This place was recommended to me. The DJ was on point with the music. I had to wait 50 minutes for some jerk wings and fries. The gentleman at the bar has a great personality but he definitely could have used some help out in the front and in the kitchen. I patiently waited for my food but 50 minutes is unacceptable especially when no one even checks on your table. The jerk wings and fries were delicious when I got it. Not here to bash this place but the guy at the bar was definitely wearing many hats this particular evening. I will come back but I hope the service is quicker and more efficient next time. I would like a better experience next time."
"I give the food five stars every time. BEST Jamaican patty’s ever! Service is zero stars, though. The lady at the register is AWFUL. My dad asked her about the lo mein, if it’s prepared island style or Chinese. She didn’t know. Asked for an ETA of how long it would take, she didn’t know either. Waited 45 minutes for it. Not once did she try to give us an update and just seemed upset to be there. The only way we will be back is by ordering online and picking up. There’s NO WAY I ever want to interact with that lady again."
