"Truly disappointed with the ownership and management of this company. The salespeople try to push their own house products without disclosing they own the product line (The Galley). Every question we asked was a waste of their time, and they are only interested in selling “super high end”. Warning: Don’t provide them with any personal contact information. They will publish your personal information to public websites without your permission. (AKA dox you for a negative review, which is illegal). Just look at their responses to any negative reviews across the public internet."
"All I’m going to say is do not go here. Save yourself because these people are just money hungry. Customer service is so bad when you want to return or exchange something. They give you weird eyes or make comments. Absolutely not satisfied with the AG showroom. Will not be coming back here ever and making sure my friends and family don’t go here either. Sad place for people who consider themselves “high end”. Rude employees."
"We had a horrible experience here. Our cabinets came to us in the wrong color. We sent pictures to Mike (CFO, whom we were working with) at the store and he said there was nothing they could do about it. They even sent out a carpenter who told us that the wood color would change to what we ordered in about 6 months time. Whoever heard of that? We finally went to the CEO of Bertch, that manufacturer of the cabinets. They notified the store that they were going to make things right by us. The people at the store developed an attitude with us for going over their heads. Bertch had new cabinets made for us in 2 weeks! This is a much longer story but I will save you the details, just know that we would never ever do business with this store again. They don't care about the customer and they don't stand behind their products."
