"I have been getting my hair done with Jose since 2007 or 2008. He always had a bad attitude but he did ok job. I went on Thursday for a baylage and haircut. We started with the wrong foot I showed him how much I wanted cut but asked for his opinion. Instead of telling me what he thought he put the scissors right through my hair. He cut about 4-5" I didn't complain because I didn't want him to get upset. I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted. One was brown with a very light pink. He started going off about how people are going to treat me. Then I showed him a gold color balayage. When his assistant washed my hair it was hot pink. Which was nothing like none of the pictures. He took off the color and re dyed it 2 more times. My hair ended up being orange in the front and light brown on the back with white streaks. I asked him for my money back. He got really upset proceeded to tell me that I wasn't his client because I only go there once in a while. He admitted that it was his fault that he got "confused " but still yelled at me over the phone. And told me he would give me my money back and i quote "just to end the call" his assistant was the worse in washing my hair. She pulled it so hard my head and neck hurt for 2 days. I was there from 10 am - 2:45. Never again!"
