"Really disappointed, almost to tears. I wanted to support this place because I got referred, there were good reviews, and it was close to home. The service itself was nice, but the cut was nothing like the picture or length we agreed on. The consultation made it seem like she understood what I wanted, and she even showed me the length after a snip so we could agree on it which was about 3 inches below my shoulder, just like the photo. She said when my hair was dry it would get a little shorter, which I have come to expect from other haircuts so I said it was fine. The result, dry and straightened, is shoulder length. About 3-4 inches shorter than what I wanted, what was agreed on, and not at all the shape I wanted. I wanted to get out of there quickly while simultaneously not wanting to go out in public. I tried salvaging it at home by styling a few ways to try to get my confidence back, but I honestly can’t. It’s just much shorter than I’m used to, and not at all what I wanted or expected. Every person I’ve shown has been taken aback. Was going to post pictures here but I’m honestly incredibly embarrassed and my confidence is shattered. I’m dreading going into the office. What’s worse is my hair grows slowly so it will probably not get back to the length I wanted until the end of the year. Will not get my hair cut here again."

"I drove an hr to try this salon and it was WORTH IT!!! I called to make an appt and I was impressed with how kind and professional Sean was. Then came my appt time I was greeted by name and they were so kind. I love the small details they included from wearing a robe so my clothes wouldnt get dirty, a pillow so i could use my phone easier, and eye cover so products wouldnt get in. I am so impressed by everything and this was before my hair was done. My hair turned out BETTER than I can imagine! The amount of care that Jennifer put in my hair... I have never had that before. She is a miracle worker! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIR! I decided to treat myself for my bday and I am so happy I did. Do yourself a favor and come here!!!"

"I have been going to Jennifer’s hair salon for almost 1.5 years and I recently went to get a perm which did not disappoint! They do a great job in consulting how to achieve the hairstyle I want and take into consideration my hair texture since some hair textures achieve a hairstyle better than others. My girlfriend has gone a couple of times and always loves getting curtain bangs from here. It was easy to make an appointment and the husband is really nice and welcoming. I would definitely call in advance so they can set aside time to consult and bring any photos of how you would like your hair done!"

"I'm usually very iffy with people doing anything with my hair but this is my second time going to Jennifer. I absolutely love the way she does hair, cut, color, style and treatmemt! The place is very clean and very nice as well as very friendly service! Jennifer can do any color! I've gotten pink and today I got a peachy rose gold! I love it! I go to her now for anything with my hair. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable. You will not regret going to Jennifer!
