"favorite Mexican spot in town which is saying a lot because that’s Peoria’s best cuisine in my opinion. may even be my favorite lunch spot, period. everything I’ve had at Cuco’s tastes authentic, fresh and perfect flavor/texture/proportions. It’d be amazing if they could expand and/or move at some point but for now the tight quarters and even sketchier neighborhood is part of the charm anyway. Chicken nachos, Al pastor tacos, guac — all 10/10. Don’t miss this place."
"The food was great! I find it really hard to find an authentic Mexican restaurant in Peoria. This one is great. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious! I would definitely recommend it! It's worth the drive. The parking isn't great; but, the online ordering was helpful! I was able to swing in & grab my order while driving home. So easy!"
"Stale chips! This is my second time here. The first time I got the same thing Nachos with ground beef. It was amazing. This time it was different and the chips were STALE. I even tipped them extra money with the online order bc it was so good the last time. And this is what I get. Photos included. Paid $22 for nachos and churro. I ate toppings as it was FULL of Stale chips. This experience was nothing like the first time I ate here. I read a few comments aayin stale chips but that never happened to me until yesterday... smh"
"This is my second time eating here at Cuco's. I ordered the same food and drink as the first time... Carnitas Pastor, their corn on the cobb, and the strawberry milk drink. This time, the food was even better. The people are so nice. I believe that it's a family business. I would definitely eat here again. I have told my friends and family members how good the food and service are here. Next time, I'm having the nachos. My daughter let me try hers. They were the chicken ones, and they were delicious. The cheesecake chimi changas were also yummy."
