El Taco Loco

"We've been wanting to try El Taco Loco, and today we finally got our chance. Disappointed. Very disappointed. My wife got the Burrito Chorizo and I got the Burrito Loco. Very small place with limited seating. I've been in the food business for over 50 years and love good Mexican food. This was not it. The Burrito Loco with steak had no flavor and the steak was very very chewy. My wife's Burrito Chorizo was served on a paper sheet with melted cheese on top. So every time you cut a piece you got a mouth full of paper with it. The young lady at the counter who took our order appeared to be very confused. She didn't even know what the specials were for the day. The place was filthy. Customers had to actually ask to have an area cleaned so that she could eat her meal. My wife cleaned a spot for us to eat. And $30 for 2 burrito's! O' hell no. Not again friends! Once and done!!!!!"

"BURRITOS ARE WAY SMALLER THAN MOST PLACES. TACOS ARE PERFECT! Sauces are delicious! However, I often have problems with my specific orders. On their side, I do order very specific things, and sometimes, during peak hours. The owner is Exceptional! He always makes the appropriate corrections for customer satisfaction! BUT: It is very difficult to sit down to dinner with the family after paying a large amount of money and find out that our order is incorrect! Just to have to package the food back up, get in our vehicle, and drive the 15m back to get our order corrected. By the time I drive back 15m to get home to return with the correct food everyone has either; 1. Eaten already. 2. The food is ice cold from waiting to eat together. 3. My corrected order is cold from the wait. Atmosphere: The Christmas garland was hanging from one corner of the TV to the other and swooping across the entire screen. I said something to the girl straightening up, and she just looked at the tv, then back at me, and walked off."

"Headed down there after a long day, I was greeted by who i presume to be the owner. He was super cool, fast acting and just a chill guy overall. he gave me recommendations, and chopped it up with me. we talked about soccer while waiting for my food. he went out of his way to doctor food up at my request. In my opinion, this is the most authentic Mexican food we have around here. i’ll be back"
